Max really takes the time to explain what exercises you are doing, what positions to be in and supports you while carrying them out. He is always there to help and offers great recommendations. Super easy to arrange sessions and Max is a really nice guy and so easy to get along with.

Max has helped me massively

Couldn’t be happier

Food can make such an impact

Max is a very friendly and approachable PT and is always willing to answer questions or give advice, either via text or in the gym.
