Food can make such an impact

Max is a very friendly and approachable PT and is always willing to answer questions or give advice, either via text or in the gym. I’ve got back into weight lifting and have achieved and surpassed my squat goal within the first 12 weeks! I’ve also started to understand how food can make such an impact on training and achieving fat loss goals.
